The flash enhances the foreground, is this an hdr image or what process is it pls

@Peter Miller: Although the majority of my recent posts have been HDR, this one isn't. I exposed for the background and lit the foreground with the off-camera flash. I warmed up the flash a little using an orange gel in order to complement the ambient light.
